High Treason (1929) - early British sci-fi drama from the silent era, this pacifist
story was directed by Maurice Elvey features a tunnel under the English Channel, the terrorist
bombing of a Euro-tunnel train, and also shows helicopter machines flying over London and
landing on rooftops.
